Reservations
Reservations for all services including pet sits, dog walks, and all related house sitting and vacation services should be made at least one week in advance.
While we will take late-notice reservations pending scheduling availability, there is an additional 10% fee.
Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received AND your client number is on our calendar.
Prior to your first appointment, you must schedule a site visit by a No Mess Pets representative, so we may assess if your pets
will be okay with the pet sitter. During the scheduled meeting, you will be given all the required contracts. At this time, you will
provide us with two copies of your keys. Keys are stored on key rings with only your customer number written on them. No other identifying
information is attached to your keys. We also require shot record for each of your pets be faxed to us by you or your vet according to state law (http://www.wvdhhr.org/phs/forms/WV_rabies_Vaccination_law.pdf)
Appointments for clients going out of town must be made consecutively.
Clients must contact No Mess Pets to alert us if they will not be home on time. If no call is received, No Mess Pets may add appointments until the owners notify No Mess Pets
of their return at the last minute appointment rate. If a call is received alerting us of the late arrival, we will waive the late fee.
If no contact with owner is made five days after the scheduled to return, arrangements may be made for the care of the pets at the owner's expense.
Payments
At No Mess Pets, we accept checks, paypal, and major credit cards. Payments for services are due prior to services being scheduled
(generally within 2 days of invoices being sent). Your appointments will not be confirmed until payment is received AND your appointment is on the calendar. No Mess Pets will ensure the schedule matches the invoice. Clients are strongly encouraged to double check the calendar for accuracy. No cash paid to our independent contractors or non-designated employees will constitute any part of payment for
No Mess Pet Services. Invoices from No Mess Pets will be sent after scheduling is confirmed via email through paypal. No Mess Pet Services
LLC will charge a $25 fee for any returned checks. This is in addition to any fee your financial institution may charge. Discounts will not be applied to serivces requested within seven days of the actual appointment.
Cancellations
Refunds for cancellations will be made under the following circumstances:
- Holiday and last-minute fees are non-refundable
- In lieu of cancellations, in most circumstances, clients may recieve credit toward future appointments at rates higher than those for refunds
- Cancellations at least one week prior to start date will be given a full refund.*
- Cancellations at least 48 hours from start date will be given a 75% refund.*
- Cancellations at least 24 hours prior to any service being rendered will be given a 50% refund.*
- Same day cancellations are subject to 100% forfeiture of any fees
*For services booked for longer than a week, a prorated refund schedule based on the cancellation policy will apply.
